I am Vladislovas, and I am a 24-year-old student from Lithuania who studies International Human Resource Management! During my internship at MentorProgramma Friesland, I had an opportunity to visit the CJIB organisation and one of its wonderful employees, Martin!
After a warm welcome, Martin has introduced how people are being trained, how they are supported, how they set goals and evaluations. During the meeting, I was introduced to how empathy is important while talking with customers, how employees get feedback and KPI regarding the quality of the calls. During this meeting, I emphasised my intention to join the Dutch labour market and afterwards apply the knowledge back in my country.
Eventually conversation led to an agreement to continue the relationship as a mentee and mentor! Which is wonderful because this opportunity is very important to me to become an empathetic and human-centred HR manager!
