From job shadowing to new insights
In the beginning of March, I gained experience at a company that produces products with the help of 3d printers. Here, I learned a lot about what it takes to run such a business and how new technologies affect them. In the company I was able to experience and learn in which ways 3d printing can benefit a company. I thought it was very interesting to see which possbilities this technique can offer for production companies, like for example rapid prototyping (which helps companies create prototypes quicker). I am interested in working for a company with this technique in the future or even starting my own business using this technique to tend to the needs of customers.
