In February Kautech students visited JSC “Virmalda” for job shadowing activities. By observing experienced professionals, job shadowers got a sense of the company’s values, culture, and workplace environment. Students were presented different roles within the organization to help determine which position or career path they’d like to pursue. The representatives of the building company explained inner communication, problem-solving, time management, and technical everyday issues.
