On May 21st, 2025, MentorProgramma Friesland hosted a warm and meaningful gathering at the new Firda location in the Cambuur Stadium. With a beautiful view over the field and a relaxed atmosphere, we brought together mentors, students, and our team for connection, inspiration, and growth. 💬🤝 We proudly presented the Erasmus+ project Mind the Future, where empathy takes center stage. From educational games to job shadowing and community challenge days — all activities are designed to help students build confidence, awareness, and real-world experience. 💡💪 We ended the evening with great conversations and new connections. 🧩✨ Even in a fast-changing world, mentoring remains rooted in empathy, human connection, and shared growth.
