Exciting Insights from our Dutch Focus Group!
Our recent focus group in the Netherlands, featuring students from Firda, interns from MentorProgramma Friesland, and CJIB employees, sparked some fascinating discussions on merging empathy and business in game development. Here’s a quick peek into what went down: MentorProgramma Friesland has done collabs with CJIB in the past so we dived straight into the purpose: exploring empathy in gaming. Participants shared how empathy boosts teamwork and workflow, both in business and gaming realms. Through lively discussions, we identified common hurdles for the different empathy games we plan on executing within this collaboration. Together, we outlined game goals, balancing entertainment with impactful business outcomes. We came up with a total of 3 empathy related games which we plan on executing with CJIB an students of the region.
