In January KAUTECH team tested a couple of games: „Recognizing, acknowledging, and working with differences“ and „Empathy map“. Students improved their ability to recognize and deal with different personality types. They also gained better understanding and appreciation of diversity, improved ability to work effectively in diverse teams. „Empathy map“ emphasized the importance of cultural and social awareness of students. Discussion in groups broadened participants’ awareness of cultural and social differences, encouraging a new point of view to empathy and entrepreneurship.
