VET students of upper secondary and higher education, teachers, entrepreneurs and social partners are the target groups
of the project Mind the Future.
Main target group:
- Students of VET
Project activities will involve VET students of partners. They represent the main target group of the project. There is special
emphasis on creating a mix group of students during the action, which offers a chance to meet new peers with different,
diverse backgrounds. There is attention for cultural, socio-economic and geographic diversity in creating the groups for the
BE-Games and the CE-challenges. Students will be furthermore from different upper secondary and post-secondary VET
education and different educational background and years.
NL, LT and ES will involve their own students, along with guest students from secondary and university education. TR will
involve students of secondary general education. RO will involve students of different educational backgrounds.
Secondary target groups of the project are:- Teachers and trainer:
They play a role in co-developing and leading the games, job shadowing and community challenge events. They are
professionals with prior experience in guidance, entrepreneurship development and transversal skills. They are impacted by
the project due to its innovated method and action.- Entrepreneurs: they participate in the project during the job shadowing action, opening their business to students to
participate, experience and see how empathy has a role in business situations. At the same time, they are also impacted by
project goals and activities in their mind-set.- regional partners: they play a role in providing situations of the CE-Challenge Days. They are impacted by project activities
in their mind-set.
