Project Summary

Objective of Mind the Future is to transform our thinking about human-centred entrepreneurship and leadership, with a longterm vision on solving future challenges in society besides creating profit. By understanding what drives people and the reason behind their actions, VET students learn to take up perspectives and reflect on the impact of their actions, inspired by business role models. The project wants to create innovative learning methodology and new network in VET and beyond.
Activities of the project will target the development of new educational methods and network in VET. Partners will develop games to develop entrepreneurship and leadership through empathy, in a local and transnational context. They will connect students to entrepreneurial role models in job shadowing action. Students will explore personal, social and economic challenges in Community-Empathy Challenge Days where they apply the sensitivity they learnt to address needs and trends.
Main result will be a new educational method, building students’ skills and mind-set of empathy, entrepreneurship, leadership and civic engagement. The BE-GAMES method will work with values, stakeholders and business cultures. The Job Shadowing guidelines equip schools, businesses and organizations with entrepreneurial role models to inspire students. The CE-Challenge Days method is an innovative educational activity where learning takes place in a multilevel, multisectoral and divers context.
